We are women with many job titles or 'hats' as I like to call them.  We are constantly evolving and re-designing ourselves, but how often do we take the time to be still and listen to those needs, let alone act on them.  We created our Women's Wellness Retreats for this reason.  Our programs have been developed by women, for women to provide the space physically and mentally recharge.  Connect with a like minded group today for a journey or laughs, creativity, self-discovery and connection that will last a lifetime.
